Information collected
Your name, email address, coaching interest, goal and preferred format are required to submit the form. Phone number, town, preferred start date and free-text message are optional. No medical record is requested.
Purpose and legal basis
Your answers help us understand and respond to your enquiry and prepare potential coaching. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; general enquiries rely on the legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Your information is not used to automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Transmission and recipients
The form sends your enquiry to the server and then by email to boostyourlife@outlook.fr. Tom receives the enquiry. OVHcloud hosts the website server and delivers messages through its SMTP service. Microsoft provides the Outlook inbox. The terms governing any transfers outside the European Economic Area remain to be documented before publication. The form does not store enquiries in a website database.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to coaching are deleted from the mailbox twelve months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation or dispute justifies longer retention. Tom carries out this deletion manually. Technical server logs are rotated daily, with fourteen archives retained. Connection information is used to operate and secure the website, based on the legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to certain processing. Contact the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
Cookies and analytics
The current version uses no advertising or analytics tools and sets no application cookies. Images and scripts are served with the website. Language is selected using the FR / EN links. This policy must be reviewed if third-party services or trackers are added.
